From application to issuance in 45 days
Bidhi 9(1) of the 2013 Rules sets the statutory benchmark for processing. Every step is trackable live by both the applicant and the regulator.

Apply online

Complete the 11-step Tofsil-1 wizard. Every field is auto-saved; resume any time. Upload statutory documents (trade license, TIN, VAT, NID, bank solvency, manpower & vehicle list).

Pay & verify
অর্থ পরিশোধ ও যাচাই
Pay the 20 BDT application charge via EPS or a-challan. A divisional inspector visits your premises within 14 days to verify declarations, then the licensing officer scrutinises the file.

Receive licence
লাইসেন্স গ্রহণ
On approval, settle the Tofsil-7 licence fee and post the bank guarantee. Receive a QR-verifiable PDF licence with diagonal watermark, valid for three years.

অভ্যন্তরীণ ও আন্তর্জাতিকভাবে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসকে যুগোপযোগী ও শক্তিশালী করার লক্ষ্যে আন্তর্জাতিক কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের সাথে সঙ্গতি রেখে বাংলাদেশে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস লাইসেন্সিং কর্তৃপক্ষ গঠন করা জরুরী হয়ে পড়ে। এ উদ্দেশ্যে ২০১০ সালে দি পোস্ট অফিস অ্যাক্ট ১৮৯৮ এর ধারা ৪ এবং ধারা ৮ সংশোধনপূর্বক কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস ব্যবসা পরিচালনা, নিয়ন্ত্রণ ও মানোন্নয়নের জন্য লাইসেন্সিং কর্তৃপক্ষ গঠনের বিধান সংযোজন করে “মেইলিং অপারেটর ও কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস বিধিমালা ২০১৩” প্রণীত হয়। এ বিধিমালার আলোকে ২০১৩ সালে মেইলিং অপারেটর ও কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস লাইসেন্সিং কর্তৃপক্ষ যাত্রা শুরু করে।
