Grievance escalation path · অভিযোগ নিষ্পত্তি পর্যায়
  1. Tier 1 — Operator helpdesk. Reach the courier operator directly using the contact details on your booking slip or on the operator dossier page. Response window: 7 working days for inland service, 15 days for international.
  2. Tier 2 — File a regulated complaint. If the operator does not respond or you are not satisfied, file with MOCSLA via /complaints/new. Bidhi 20 of the 2013 Rules: investigation begins within 3 working days, report within 15 days, supplemental within 10.
  3. Tier 3 — Review petition. If aggrieved by a Tier-2 administrative fine or order, you may file a written review petition before the Secretary, Ministry of Posts & Telecommunications within 30 days (Bidhi 23). Within 15 working days the operator/representative must be heard; decision delivered within 7 days. Review is final.
  4. Tier 4 — Judicial. Failing tiers 1–3, the Post Office Act 1898, section 58 (as applied by Bidhi 22), is triable before the appropriate magistrate.

Requests under the Right to Information Act 2009 are accepted on Form-9 of the RTI Rules 2009. The Designated Officer responds within 20 working days (or 30 days for inter-agency requests).
